Stage Construction Inspections
If you’re building your first home or renovating your current home, it’s prudent to carry out individual stage inspections.
We firmly believe it’s better to make something right during the construction process rather than trying to rectify once the building is finished.
Our stage inspections offer a series of site visits during construction & also equally as important at the handover stage.
Stage One
The Pre Slab inspection. This is done before the concrete is poured and includes checking the dimensions and excavation, putting Termite protection in place, beams and footings, wire mesh integrity and construction material.
Stage Two
Inspection of the frame after the wall and roof frames have been completed.
Stage Three
Lock up stage after the doors and windows have been installed and the home is locked and secure
Stage Four
The Handover takes place before the keys have been given to the owner. Focusing on minor defects and quality of construction.
