Allens pre-purchase report covers, the exterior and interior, Roof exterior (under 3.6 metres off the ground level), Roof Void, Sub floor, the site and any outbuildings within 30 meters of the main building, Boundaries, Safety items, Minor defects, Major defects and any cracking. Included is also every room, their cupboards, robes and any storage areas.
