Stage Construction Inspections
If you’re building your first home or renovating your current home, it’s prudent to carry out individual stage inspections.
We firmly believe it’s better to make something right during the construction process rather than trying to rectify once the building is finished.
Our stage inspections offer a series of site visits during construction & also equally as important at the handover stage.
Pre-purchase Inspections
Whether you’re about to buy your dream home or an investment property, it really is a smart move to have a pre-purchase inspection carried out by a professional Inspector.
Allen’s Inspections cover both the condition of the property and any signs of pest invasion that may be present. These pre-purchase inspections are carried out in compliance with the Australian Standards, the AS:4348 series.
Asbestos and Mould
At Allen’s Property Inspections, we can help identify if you have asbestos present in your home.
To be realistic, if your home was built between 1940 – 1980 there’s a very high possibility your home is going to have asbestos present.
Whilst asbestos is not dangerous if it is unbroken & sealed (i.e. painted) renovations etc can disturb this nasty product so best be forewarned.
Pool Fence Inspections
The statistics speak for themselves, unfortunately adults & children drown in pools, all too often after gaining access to a pool which has failed the fencing requirements.
Whether you have an existing pool & would like peace of mind or if you’re buying a property with a pool, we strongly recommend a pool inspection which includes fencing, gates & warning signs as well as CPR charts.
